Shipping and In-Store Pick Up Policy

Shipping Rates and Times

Bikes, hockey nets, tree stands, safes, ice fishing tents, and augers are exempt from the shipping rates and must be picked up in stores, other arrangements can be made. Any questions please email [email protected] or call 780-675-2000

Other items may be subjected to additional shipping and handling charges due to size and or the replacement value. You will be notified of any extra changes via email or phone before the order is completed.

Orders are shipped on regular business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. There is no liability offered with this service and Cheap Seats Sports will accept no responsibility should your package be listed as delivered (via tracking number) but you can’t locate it. If you wish for a more secure delivery method, please contact us. Cheap Seats Sports cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. 

Orders more than $300 excluding GST must be shipped to the same billing address as provided/verified by payment method. Shipping times are estimates only. All shipments are processed using the most optimal shipping provider for your order. We deliver to most areas of Canada, however, please note that your order will ship via Ground Shipping and may take up to 20 days to arrive. If you want your order shipped with a certain carrier please contact us. 

In-Store Pick

All orders placed by 1 pm on a normal business day will be available for pick up by 4 pm that same day. All orders placed after 1 pm will be available for pick up the next business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you would kindly call us by phone to confirm the order and agreed to the timeline prior to picking it up. Payments for these orders are processed immediately and when your product is ready for pickup you will be contacted via your email address to let you know your order is ready for pick up. 

When picking up your order simply have your online order confirmation, printed or on your smartphone, your payment method, as well as 1 piece of government-issued photo identification. You then will be asked to sign for your order. 

If you wish to have somebody else pick up your order you are welcome to do so, simply send us an email or give us a call stating the first and last name of the individual. They will then be required to present their photo ID and sign for the order. Please note in some cases, orders will not be permitted to pick up without the cardholder being present, we will let you know if this is the case. 

Please pick up your items within 7 days of receiving the notice or call us to make other arrangements.
